All platform functionalities, source code, visual layouts, and user-generated marketplace listings are systematically provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational and peer-to-peer connection purposes only. Iselino makes no express, statutory, or implied representations, endorsements, or legal warranties of any kind regarding:

• The absolute accuracy, completeness, authenticity, truthfulness, safety, or long-term reliability of any user-generated text inputs, portfolios, skill badges, reviews, or published Gig parameters.
• The actual professional quality, legal compliance, timelines, specific suitability, or results of any services delivered or executed by registered platform users.
• The continuous security, absolute uptime availability, server speeds, or entirely error-free, bug-free operational status of our marketplace website, database, and messaging tools.

2. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

• Loss of professional profits, business interruptions, commercial goodwill damages, or accidental loss of data resulting from platform utilization or account suspension.

The marketplace may contain automated scripts or user-generated links redirecting to external websites, social media profiles, independent portfolios, or third-party web resources. Iselino does not control, vet, pre-screen, monitor, or endorse the underlying content, accuracy, privacy settings, cookie processing, or commercial practices of any external web structures.

4. Payments, Escrow Controls & Off-Platform Transactions

All financial transaction orders between purchasing Clients and listing Talents must be initiated, authorized, processed, and finalized exclusively utilizing the platform’s integrated secure payment system operated by Stripe.

Iselino disclaims all liability, customer mediation obligations, or financial responsibility for any transactions, communication streams, or commercial agreements attempted, negotiated, or executed outside of our official software workspace. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Payment fraud, electronic theft, or commercial chargebacks initiated via independent external payment networks.
• Total non-delivery of files or services executed outside the boundaries of our system escrow protections.
• Financial disputes where no official platform system milestones, workspace chats, or transactional records exist.

5. User Responsibility & Risk Allocation

Users navigate, negotiate on, and utilize Iselino entirely at their own independent risk and commercial judgment. Users assume full responsibility for:

• Thoroughly vetting and reviewing technical service parameters, Gig descriptions, prerequisite demands, Talent credentials, and delivery terms before submitting a funded order checkout.
• Proactively utilizing the platform's internal workspace modules and secure communication channels to resolve project modifications, revision requests, or quality misunderstandings directly with the counterpart before escalating.

6. Legal Indemnification

Users agree to fully defend, legally indemnify, and hold completely harmless Iselino, Fina Iselino Ltd, its parent corporate groups, executive directors, holding structures, employees, and corporate affiliates from and against any third-party legal claims, regulatory fines, cost calculations, structural damages, or financial liabilities arising directly or indirectly out of:

• Their unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative use of the digital marketplace infrastructure.
• Explicit violations of any clauses outlined in this Disclaimer, the main General Terms, or local laws.
• The underlying service deliverables, project files, copyright licenses, or financial disputes exchanged between individual Clients and Talents.
