This Seller Agreement defines the rules for users (“Sellers”) offering services on Iselino.com, operated by Fina Group d.o.o.
By creating a seller account, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
To sell services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Deliver services as described and on time
3. Service Listings
- Services must be clear, honest, and comply with laws.
- Misleading, illegal, or harmful listings will be removed.
- You must own or have rights to all content and media you upload.
4. Payments
- Iselino collects payments from buyers and releases them to sellers after confirmation.
- A commission fee applies to every transaction.
- Sellers must provide correct payment details for payouts.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Sellers may not:
- Offer illegal or unethical services
- Request payment outside the platform
- Copy or misuse other users’ listings
- Harass or threaten buyers
6. Ratings & Reviews
Buyers can rate and review services after completion.
Sellers may not manipulate reviews or offer incentives for positive feedback.
7. Account Suspension
Iselino may suspend or terminate seller accounts that:
- Violate this agreement or the general Terms
- Engage in fraud, spam, or abuse
- Harm the platform or its users
8. Liability
Iselino is not responsible for any service disputes or losses.
Sellers are fully liable for their work and legal compliance.
