Buyer Policy

Welcome to Iselino — a platform operated by Fina Group d.o.o., Ulica Rista Lekica bb, Bar 85000, Montenegro.
This Buyer Policy outlines how users (“Buyers”) can safely and fairly purchase services on Iselino.com.

By placing an order, you agree to this Buyer Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.


1. General Overview

Iselino connects independent sellers with buyers who wish to purchase services.
We act only as an intermediary and are not directly involved in the performance of services.


2. Account Requirements

To purchase services, you must:

  • Create a valid Iselino account
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate billing and payment information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.


3. Ordering Services

  • Browse available services and place an order directly on the platform.
  • The full payment is processed at the time of order placement.
  • The seller will be notified and must confirm or start work as described.
  • All communication regarding the order should stay within Iselino’s messaging system.

4. Payments

  • Payments are securely processed through authorized payment partners.
  • Buyers will see the total price (including fees, if applicable) before confirming an order.
  • Iselino temporarily holds funds until the order is completed and confirmed by the buyer.

5. Order Completion

An order is considered complete when:

  • The seller delivers the agreed work, and
  • The buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the service.

If the buyer takes no action within a specific period (usually 5 days after delivery), the system may automatically mark the order as completed.


6. Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel an order before the seller starts work.
  • Once the seller begins, cancellation is only possible if both parties agree.
  • If a seller fails to deliver the service on time, you can open a dispute (see section 8).

Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days.


7. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The seller fails to deliver the agreed service
  • The service delivered is significantly different from the description
  • The seller becomes unresponsive

Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be issued in cases of partial completion.


8. Disputes

If you encounter a problem:

  1. Try to resolve it directly with the seller through the chat.
  2. If no resolution is reached, contact support@iselino.com with your order ID.
  3. Iselino may review communication, evidence, and delivery files to mediate the issue.

Our goal is always a fair and transparent resolution for both parties.


9. Prohibited Buyer Behavior

Buyers may not:

  • Request free work or samples
  • Make payments outside Iselino
  • Use offensive or threatening language
  • Post false or misleading reviews
  • Request illegal or prohibited services

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or removal.


10. Reviews and Feedback

After completion, you may leave a public review and rating of the seller.
Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experience.
Manipulation or fake reviews are not allowed.


11. Responsibility and Liability

  • Iselino does not guarantee the quality or legality of services provided by sellers.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the service you purchase meets your needs.
  • Iselino’s liability is limited as described in the Terms & Conditions.

12. Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees in their jurisdiction.
