Payment & Refund Policy

1. General Information

All payments on Iselino.com are processed securely by our authorized payment partners.
Fina Group d.o.o. does not store or have access to full credit card details.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Online wallets (if available)
  • Other local or international payment methods offered on checkout.

2. Currency

All prices are shown in your selected currency.
Exchange rates and possible fees depend on your bank or payment provider.


3. Payment Process

  • Buyers must pay the total order amount before the service starts.
  • Iselino holds the payment in a secure account until the buyer confirms delivery.
  • Once confirmed, funds are released to the seller minus Iselino’s commission.
  • Payments to sellers may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on the payment method.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

  • The seller does not deliver the service as agreed.
  • The buyer cancels before the seller begins work.
  • Both parties agree on a cancellation.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


5. Disputes

If a disagreement occurs:

  1. Both parties should try to resolve it through communication.
  2. If not resolved, contact our support team at support@iselino.com.
  3. Iselino may act as a neutral mediator but cannot guarantee a specific result.

6. Taxes

Each user is responsible for their own local taxes.
Iselino may collect or display taxes if required by law.
