Iselino – Terms, Policies & Legal Framework

This document contains the complete, professional legal framework for Iselino, a freelance marketplace platform operated by Fina Group d.o.o., Montenegro.
1. General Terms & Conditions (Platform Terms)
1.1 About Iselino
Iselino is an online marketplace platform that enables independent service providers (“Sellers”) to offer services to customers (“Buyers”).
Iselino acts solely as an intermediary and technical platform provider. Iselino is not a party to the service contract between Buyer and Seller and does not provide the services listed on the platform.
No employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship is created between Iselino and Sellers.
1.2 Account Registration
- Users must be at least 18 years old
- Information provided must be accurate and up to date
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security
- Each user may maintain only one account unless expressly authorized
Iselino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
1.3 Use of the Platform
Users agree to:
- Use the platform lawfully
- Not infringe third-party rights
- Not upload misleading, illegal, or harmful content
- Not interfere with platform security or operations
2. Seller Terms
2.1 Seller Status
Sellers act in their own name and on their own behalf. Sellers are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of service listings
- Delivery and quality of services
- Compliance with applicable laws and taxes
2.2 Seller Taxes
Sellers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes arising from their income, including income tax, VAT, or similar taxes in their jurisdiction.
Iselino does not withhold income taxes on behalf of Sellers unless required by law.
3. Buyer Terms
3.1 Purchasing Services
By placing an order, the Buyer enters into a direct contract with the Seller.
Iselino does not guarantee service outcomes, completion times, or results.
3.2 Consumer Rights (EU Buyers)
If the Buyer is a consumer located in the European Union, statutory consumer protection laws apply.
For digital services, the Buyer expressly agrees that the service may begin immediately and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has started.
4. Payments, Fees & Commissions
4.1 Payments
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.
Funds may be held in escrow until service completion is confirmed.
4.2 Platform Fees
Iselino charges platform service fees on completed transactions.
Seller commissions are applied based on the total transaction amount (excluding applicable taxes):
- €1 – €100: 10%
- €101 – €500: 9%
- €501 – €2,000: 8%
- €2,001 – €5,000: 7%
- €5,001 and above: 5%
The applicable Seller commission is automatically deducted from the Seller’s payout.
In addition, Buyers are charged a 5% platform service fee on all transaction amounts, which is added to the total price at checkout.
All applicable fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

5. Tax & VAT Policy
5.1 Platform Fees
Iselino provides electronic intermediary services.
VAT (or equivalent consumption tax) may be applied to Iselino’s service fees depending on the Buyer’s location and status:
- B2C (EU consumers): VAT charged at the rate applicable in the Buyer’s country
- B2B (EU businesses with valid VAT ID): VAT reverse-charged
- Non-EU Buyers: No EU VAT charged
Iselino may register under the EU VAT OSS (Non-Union Scheme) to report and remit EU VAT.
5.2 Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of VAT.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
6.1 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Disputes
If a dispute arises, Users must attempt resolution through platform communication tools.
Iselino may act as a neutral mediator. Any decision made by Iselino regarding fund release is final to the extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed.
By uploading content, Users grant Iselino a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote such content on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Iselino is not liable for service quality or user conduct
- Iselino is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to fees paid to Iselino in the preceding 12 months
9. Suspension & Termination
Iselino may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Bar, Montenegro.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Iselino’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
