By using Iselino.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. About Iselino

Iselino is an online marketplace where individuals and businesses can offer, discover, and purchase services — from digital work to physical assistance.
Iselino provides the platform but does not directly provide or guarantee the services offered by users.

2. Account Registration

To use most features of Iselino, you must create an account.

You must be at least 18 years old.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your password secure.
You may not use another person’s account without permission.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Iselino:

Only for lawful purposes
Without violating the rights of others
Without posting misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content
Without trying to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Services and Payments

Users (“Sellers”) can list services, and other users (“Buyers”) can purchase them.

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.
Iselino may charge a service fee or commission (clearly displayed during checkout).
Sellers receive payments once the Buyer confirms that the service is completed.
Buyers and Sellers are responsible for complying with local tax laws.

5. Fees & Commissions

Iselino charges a small commission on each completed order to maintain and improve the platform.
The percentage varies depending on the category and country and will always be shown before final confirmation.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Buyers may cancel an order only before the Seller begins work, unless agreed otherwise.
If a dispute arises, Iselino may hold the funds until both parties reach an agreement.
Refunds are processed only when both parties agree or when Iselino determines that the Seller failed to deliver the service.

7. Disputes

If a problem occurs between Buyer and Seller, both parties should try to resolve it through direct communication.
If no solution is reached, Iselino may step in as a neutral mediator, but does not guarantee a specific outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed.
By uploading content, you grant Iselino a limited license to display it on the platform.
You may not use Iselino’s trademarks, name, or logo without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Iselino acts only as an intermediary.
We are not responsible for:

The quality or completion of services provided by users
Losses or damages resulting from user interactions
Technical issues beyond our control

You use Iselino at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Post illegal or fraudulent content
Abuse the payment system
Cause harm to other users or the platform

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If major changes occur, we’ll notify you by email or on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Bar, Montenegro.
